Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large units.
Inspection and Refund
